This vegetable miso is made from the finest additive-free koji miso from Chichibu, Japan.
This vegetable miso is made by mixing the finest additive-free koji miso from Chichibu with grilled miso.
It is made by finely chopping local vegetables and other ingredients and kneading three times the amount of miso into it.
Seravi is proud to offer this delicious dish (about 5 servings).
It can be easily prepared at home in a frying pan or on a hot plate.
This product is made in the same facility that produces soba noodles.
