Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM.
About meal times
【Dinner】The dinner starts at 6:00 p.m.
【Breakfast】 Please come to the restaurant between 8:00 and 9:00.
Both meals will be served at the restaurant.
Please be sure to contact us as soon as possible in case of late arrival, as the kaiseki meals for dinner will be prepared on time.
Smoking is not permitted in the entire building.
Smoking is permitted in the smoking area in front of the parking lot.
Request for Children
We welcome upper elementary school students and older.
(Children’s meals are the same as those for adults.)
Thank you for your understanding.
Pets are not allowed to stay at the hotel.
About the open-air baths in guest rooms
The temperature is controlled by the front desk, but the water temperature may rise or fall depending on the outside temperature.
The temperature can be adjusted, so please call us at the extension.

About Cancellation Fees
We do not charge a deposit for reservations.
In case of cancellation, cancellation fee will be charged as follows
